At first, it felt like things were heading in the wrong direction, but I have to give credit where it’s due.The team at Lease Return Center VA, especially their salesman, worked tirelessly to make sure we found the perfect vehicle and were completely happy with our purchase. They truly went above and beyond throughout the entire process, showing patience, professionalism, and genuine care for their customers.About a month ago, we purchased a 2022 Volvo from them, and we couldn’t be happier. The vehicle runs great, looks amazing, and we’ve had absolutely no issues.Thank you again to the entire team for turning what started as a disappointment into such a positive experience. We will definitely be back in the future!
